Q. What is the cancellation Policy?

A. Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund
  • Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund

Otherwise, there are no refunds. We strongly suggest you obtain travel insurance.

Q. Can I switch homes once I have a confirmed reservation?

A. No. We are unable to transfer a reservation after your booking has been confirmed. If you have any questions or need assistance finding a vacation home that is right for you, please inquire prior to booking.

Q. I made a reservation and now there is a coupon/promo code/or reduced rate available, can this be applied to my existing reservation?

A.  No, all promotions and discounts must be applied at the time of booking.

Q. How do I check-into the home?

A. Some of our home owners (as indicated in the listing) provide a complimentary arrival service for each reservation. Other homes are self check-in. Instructions, including driving directions from the airport will be sent to you approximately one week prior to your arrival. Check-in time starts at 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Q.Is there a deposit required to make a reservation?

A. Yes, any reservation made 30 days or greater to check-in pays a 25% deposit. The reservation balance is due 30 days before the check-in date and will be automatically debited from your credit card unless other arrangements are made. Any reservation made less than 30 days to check-in pays 100% of the rental at the time of booking.

Q.Do you require a security deposit?

A. It’s up to you, bookings can include a $89 damage waiver or you may choose to pay a security deposit.

Q.Is the home I see pictures on the listing the one I get?

A. Yes, absolutely. Champagne Vacation Rentals provides only the most current and up-to-date information.

Q.What items are provided in the rental property?

A. Each home is wonderfully unique and privately owned. But we do require that the homes have certain items such as linens, pots & pans, eating utensils, bath towels and appliances. Check the amenities on the listing for complete details. In addition to the custom amenity’s a guest convenience package including 2-rolls of paper towels, 8-kitchen trash bags, dishwasher,  laundry soap, surface cleaner, 3-rolls of TP per bath, 1-shampoo/conditioner per shower, 1-bar soap per sink & shower, 1 box of tissue per bath should be furnished in property, however this cannot be guaranteed. Note that vacation rental properties are self-catering accommodations. Additional supplies are the guest responsibility.

Q. Are the homes nonsmoking?

A. Yes

Q.Do you have any cleaning fees or additional fees

A. Yes, taxes vary by rental based on the requirements of the area. Any fees and taxes are fully disclosed at the time of inquiry/booking. Extra services requested post booking, such as grocery, housekeeping or concierge are an additional cost beyond the rental charges.

Q. I booked through a third party who charged me an additional fee, can I cancel and book direct?

A. Our homes are made available on many sites. We do not have the ability to discount or waive a third party service fee amount . Cancellations are subject to the terms of the rental agreement. If you have questions or concerns regarding a third party booking fee please contact the booking site where you made your reservation.
